It’s time for another Mum tip Tuesday!
This week’s tip is one to keep travk of freezer meals! You can watch the video below or scroll down to keep reading!
I love to cook a double batch of food at mealtimes so I can freeze a meal’s worth for another night to save me cooking but it’s easy to forget what you’ve made and what you’ve already used up!
I like to make a list of meals in the freezer and score them off as we use them! You can write your list in a notepad, in a diary, on a notice board or blackboard but I have a slightly different way of keeping my list!
I like to write my list inside my fridge door using a white board marker! It means that before grocery shopping or meal planning I can look to see what food I have in the fridge and at the seem time see what meals are still in the freezer to get used up! Its easy to wipe clean when a meal has been used and to add meals to the list as they are popped in the freezer!
So thats this week’s Mum tip Tuesday!
