I know what you’re thinking, it’s Monday again?! Where did the weekend go?! Believe me I feel ya!!!
But since its upon us once again lets start the week raring to go with a full fridge and plan of action when it comes to feeding the family!! 👍🏼

This week’s meal plan:
Monday – Fish cakes, spring greens with barley & quinoa in a cheesy white sauce (a frozen packet from aldi.)
Tuesday – Chicken and mushroom pasta.
Wednesday – Baked potatoes, beans, cheese and homemade coleslaw.
Thursday – Meatloaf, potatoes and mixed veg.
Friday – Hotdogs, onions, chips and corn on the cob.
Saturday – Lasagne, garlic bread and brocolli.
Sunday – lentil soup and homemade eve’s pudding.
